The company specialises in the design, manufacture and supply of 'Run-it-Yourself' downhole memory tools, which reduce costs for Oil Companies and Service Operators. Base Omega Data Services are based in Aberdeen Scotland, from where we support our customers throughout the world. Our customers include most major oil companies including BP Amoco and Shell along with the smaller independents like Edinburgh Oil & Gas and Tullow Energy. We also supply equipment to leading Service Companies like Schlumberger, Halliburton, Weatherford and The Expro Group. The success of the company is based on Omega's reputation for getting new, high quality, cost effective products to the market quickly. The primary design criteria for all Omega products is that they can be safely and successfully operated by field personnel with no specialised training or knowledge. Our current stock of rental gauges now exceeds two hundred, which all operate with our Windows software package. This is supplied with every tool and can also be found on the Shell and BP networks.
